- Expedited Shipping: Arrives within 2-3 business days (available for select locations and products).
- Overnight Shipping: Available for urgent deliveries (next-day delivery within the U.S. for orders placed before the cutoff time).
Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors like weather conditions, holidays, and carrier delays.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on your shipping address, the weight of your order, and the shipping method selected during checkout. All shipping costs will be clearly displayed before you complete your order. Some general guidelines for shipping costs are:
- Domestic Orders (U.S.): Shipping costs typically range from $5 to $20 for standard delivery, depending on the size and weight of the package.
- International Orders: International shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, and additional customs duties, taxes, and import charges may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions on eligible orders. Be sure to check for current offers on our homepage or at checkout.
3. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days of receiving a cleared payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Please note that processing times may vary for special-order products, out-of-stock items, or high-demand periods. If an item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you of the estimated delay or offer alternative solutions.
4. International Shipping
We do offer international shipping to many countries outside the U.S. Shipping times and costs will vary depending on the destination. Please keep in mind the following:
- Customs Duties and Taxes: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges that may be levied upon arrival in the destination country. These fees are not included in the cost of shipping and are collected by the carrier at the time of delivery.
- Customs Delays: Occasionally, international shipments may be delayed due to customs processing. We cannot control these delays, but we will do our best to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible.
5. Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we do not ship to the following locations:
- P.O. Box addresses (for certain carriers)
- Military addresses (APO, FPO, etc.)
Additionally, some products may have shipping restrictions due to manufacturer guidelines or import/export laws. If this affects your order, we will notify you and provide alternative solutions.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (for orders where tracking is available). You can track your shipment using the tracking number provided.
Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update in the carrier’s system.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
We take great care in packing and shipping your order. However, if your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible:
- Lost Packages: If your tracking shows that the package has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us. We will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier and help resolve the issue.

8. Shipping Address
It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. If the address is incorrect or incomplete, we may not be able to deliver the package, and you may be responsible for additional shipping costs to correct the error. Please double-check your shipping details during checkout to avoid delays.
9. Order Cancellation and Changes
Once an order is placed and processed, it is usually too late to make changes to the shipping address or modify the order. If you need to make changes to your order or cancel it before it ships, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes after the order has been processed.
