1. Return Eligibility
You may return most items purchased from Webxpariz within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:
- The product must be in its original, unused, and uninstalled condition.
- The product must be in the original packaging (if applicable).
- A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
Note: Some items, such as custom-made or special order products, may not be eligible for return. Please check the product details at the time of purchase for any exceptions.
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@webxpariz.net or call us at (412) 262-9011. Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
- Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please write this number on the return package for reference.
- Ship the Item Back: Once you have received your RA number, send the item(s) back to the address provided by our customer service team. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as a defective product or incorrect order).
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment.
- Refund Processing Time: Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
- Partial Refunds: If the returned item is damaged, opened, or not in its original condition, we may issue a partial refund.
4. Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges for products that are defective or if you need a different size, color, or model. Please contact our customer service team to arrange an exchange. The exchange process is subject to product availability.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Some products are not eligible for return or refund, including but not limited to:
- Sale items or clearance items (unless defective).
- Gift cards.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us immediately within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Please provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect to expedite the process.

- Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as sending the wrong item or a defective product).
- Original Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
8. Canceling an Order
If you wish to cancel an order before it has shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at info@webxpariz.net. We will make every effort to cancel the order before it is processed. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you can initiate a return once you receive the item.
